In a perfect world, everyone could simply be themselves. Everyone would understand one another, and conflict would not exist. Unfortunately, the world is not perfect. No matter what your natural way of thinking or behaving is, the people around you will usually be different.
Why is it so easy to connect with some people, while others seem impossible to understand? We all know the saying: treat others the way you want to be treated. That works beautifully – if everyone around you is just like you. But they never are.
Even if you do not like putting people into categories, you can still learn to understand them a little better. It is fascinating to predict how a certain person is likely to react in a specific situation. And when you can do that, it becomes much easier to find common ground, avoid misunderstandings, and build stronger relationships.

In different situations, we all behave differently. Sometimes that makes the people around us feel understood and appreciated, and sometimes it hurts or frustrates them. But we can learn to listen and truly hear, to observe and understand, to do what is needed in the moment, and to adapt to the people who matter most to us.
For many years, the DISC model has been used to classify different communication and personality styles. Based on certain traits and patterns of behavior, people are grouped into colors. The traditional DISC model is based on four colors – Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green.

We believe people are much more complex than that. That is why we go further and introduce six more colors – Orange, Violet, Azure, Cherry, Moss, and Pink.

No matter what you do in life or what you are striving for, you may be a husband with a wife or a wife with a husband, a mother or father raising children, a business owner looking for partners and clients, a coach, a teacher, a salesperson, or a project manager.
